The main house is a 2 floor building, with the
Living room, when you enter the house from the upper gardens, you will walk over a wooden bridge into the living room. This contains among others a large sofa wit ottomans that sits 8-10 people. The outdoor porch is connected to the living room, with several seats to enjoy the views and a hammock.

The dining room is connected to the living room on the top floor of the house. It has a large dining table that seats 8 people. There is an additional dining table on the porch

There are 2 buildings, with in total 3 bedrooms (all en-suite) (two with kingsize beds, one with two queensize beds) and on office a dedicated office with printer and monitor.

In total the house sleeps 8 people. Other amenities include a small gym and a private plunge pool with jacuzzi jets and large tropical gardens.

The whole top floor of the main house is the living room, dining room, kitchen and a covered porch with dining table and seats.

Services
Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner: See above. We have an in-house chef who prepared meals for a flat fee of USD 5 per person, food costs will be on guest’s account (a 20% fee is added to all grocery bills). Of course if you prefer to buy your own groceries or prepare your own meals that’s also possible.

Bath & pool towels: Will be changed as needed

Bed linen: Will be changed every 3 days, or more often upon request

Car and Driver Service: The house comes with a Mitsubishi Pajero Sports SUV with a driver, that can be booked for an additional THB 3500 per day (excl. gas). The driver is available from 8 AM – 10 PM. Before or after that time an additional THB 250 per hour will be charged.
Taxi: We can help to rent taxis or minivans for you if you would like to have transportation.

Airport Transfer: THB 1000, one way.

Laundry Service: At additional cost. There is also a laundry washer that you can use during your stay.
